Detox Diet Recipe:
When you wake up, have a glass of warm water in which half lemon is squeezed, 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds in a glass of water and1 tablespoon of bentonite clay.
In the breakfast have smoothie made of rice milk, pear and rice protein powder. In snacks you should have water diluted apple juice, water and vegetable broth.
In lunch you should have a steamed broccoli with sesame seeds and beets sprinkled with lemon juice on brown rice, applesauce and chunky vegetable soup made with vegetable stock. In snack, have a dandelion root tea, carrot sticks with hummus dip and water.
In dinner, have salad with mixed greens; red peppers, artichokes and sprouts drizzled with salad dressing of garlic, lemon juice and olive oil, curried lentils on quinoa and water. Before bed have a tablespoon of bentonite clay and 1 tablespoon flaxseeds in a glass of water. When you are following detox diet you should drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily, dilute fruit juice with 50% water and chew the food well.
When you are following detox diet you can have fresh fruits like grapes etc., fresh vegetables, rice or other grains (like Quinoa, amaranth, millet and buckwheat), beans, nuts and seeds, fish, olive oil, vegetable salt, sea salt, vinegar, limited amount of honey, tamari, any culinary herbs or spices, non caffeine contained teas, green tea, lemon water, 100% fruit juices, rice milk and lots of water.
When you are following detox diet, you should not have sugar, dairy products, wheat, Corn, Gluten, Caffeine, yeast, chocolate, high fat food, and alcohol.
