With Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle, Tom Venuto, respected professional bodybuilder, personal trainer and nutritionist, has not merely pumped out yet another diet and weight loss publication into an already over-saturated market. No, Mr. Venuto's Burn the Fat can be more accurately described as a weight loss manifesto. It is quite simply one of the most complete, detailed, and precise guides to fat loss that I've ever seen. |

This e-Book is written by a woman named Joy Siegrist whom is a licensed Medical Doctor. The e-Book claims that you can "be at your ideal weight" in 6 to 8 weeks. Although I find that a little hard to believe based on what I've read, I definitely think 3 months is very realistic. This diet has been onthe internet for over 5 years and is a very established weight loss program

Salvatore Colascione's online best seller, "The One Low Carb Diet That Always Works", isn't really a "new" diet at all. In fact, this publication might be more accurately entitled "A Day in The Life of a Low Carb Dieter". Salvatore's publication doesn't really shed any new light on low carb dieting (he's basically following the Atkin's diet), but instead documents one person's day-to-day experience with a low carb diet, and provides handy tips for living the low carb lifestyle (in this way, Salvatore's publication adds a nice dose of practicality missing in typical low carb diet publications).

The Negative Calorie diet works on the premise that certain foods create negative calorie effects (negative calorie foods), allowing you to lose weight. The Negative Calorie diet is controversial because the theory is not scientifically sound. No foods actually possess ‘negative calories’. However, advocates of the Negative Calorie diet say that you can literally eat your way to weight loss. A negative calorie diet ebook has even been published on this topic.

You, like us, probably haven't heard much about this weight loss program as it was just recently released. We predict this program to really take off as it gains popularity. Brad lays everything out in a very straight forward manner. He takes you from day 1 to day 90 and tells you exactly what you need to know to lose weight. The e-book seemed to be more suited for those in their mid to late 30's and possibly mothers trying to lose that weight they've gained through pregnancy and just by being a mom, but also seemed better suited for men than many of the other e-Books we've reviewed.
Like any weight loss program, you're success will depend on the amount of effort you put into it. The thing about Brad's e-Book is that everything seemed very well structured. Brad leaves no room for error. One thing is for sure. If you read this e-Book you'll know exactly what you have to do to lose weight. However, if you're not motivated then this weight loss program... or any other program, for that fact, wouldn't be well suited for you. |
